Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All tags must be attached to the item, excluding Category 100 & 103 Engagement Rings. The item must be in new and unworn condition and can not have been altered in any way. All boxes, manuals, warranties, certificates and lab reports must be returned. Refunds are issued to the same credit card or form of payment originally used at time of purchase. Watch purchases that utilize the Watch Trade In Program are not eligible for refund, exchange only.

Although we have tried to instruct and guide our online shoppers, we understand that not every purchase made over the Internet is going to be exactly what you envisioned.
Therefore, we are more than happy to accept returns from our online store within 14-days of receipt.
Mailing and Insuring the Package
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including any shipping charges, and send the package by registered mail, via the U.S. Postal Service. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please do not use FedEx or UPS.

We will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges, unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. However, due to the custom work of special orders, we cannot accept these items for return. Custom items or personalized jewelry (engraved items, mother’s rings) are not returnable.

Special Orders: A special order is any item that is ordered at the customer’s request. Special order items can not be returned or exchanged. All special orders require a 50% deposit to order. Any money paid toward a special order will be forfeited if the item is not paid in full within six (6) months of original order date.
Custom Work: Custom designed work is produced at the specific request and to the stated and implied specifications of the individual customer. Custom designed work can not be returned or exchanged. All custom work requires a 50% deposit of the item’s final cost. Any money paid toward a custom design will be forfeited if the item is not paid in full within six (6) months of the original date.

Our Worry-Free Guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship along with damage that results from normal wear.* Personal jewelry insurance should be considered to protect your item(s) from loss, theft or damage that is outside the scope of our Worry-Free Guarantee.

All merchandise is eligible to be put on layaway for a maximum of six (6) months with a minimum deposit of 25% of the sale price. The item must be paid in full within the layaway period or the item will be returned to stock and any payments made will be returned to the customer in the form of a store credit. Normal return and exchange policies apply to layaways. Finalized layaways after thirty (30) days are not returnable or exchangeable. Layaways canceled after thirty (30) days of the original start date of the layaway are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price of the item or items placed on layaway. A layaway cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
We are not responsible for changes in the finish of an item that occurs during the normal repair process. In the event that this occurs, we will re-apply the original finish as closely as possible. We are not responsible for the further damage to a previously chipped or damaged diamond or other gemstone during the repair process. Replacement of a watch battery does not guarantee proper function of a watch. If an item’s value is not declared by the customer at take-in, the assumed value of the item is $100.00 for insurance purposes. Jewelry and watch repairs are guaranteed for one year against defects in material or workmanship and only pertains to the original work performed. Our Guarantee does not cover abuse, accidental damage, loss, theft or damage that results from normal wear.
