Rewards Amount Rewards Members will earn $0.20 for every $1.00 spent on all qualifying merchandise, excluding sales tax.
Enrolling in Rewards Rewards Members must provide their first and last name, home address, birthday, email address, cell phone number and anniversary date (If applicable) and must remain subscribed to both marketing email and text messages from The Source Fine Jewelers in order to be enrolled in the program. By joining the Rewards Program, the Rewards member gives The Source Fine Jewelers consent to reach out by email, call and text. Rewards Members who opt out will be removed from the program and all previously earned rewards will be forfeited.
Earning Rewards Rewards are earned on all merchandise that is discounted 10% or less. Rewards are not earned on repair services or gift card purchases. The reward earning period is July 1 through December 31, 2024. All rewards must be used by January 31, 2025, or will be forfeited.
Redeeming Rewards Rewards cannot be redeemed on the same day they are earned. Rewards can only be redeemed on merchandise that is discounted 10% or less. Rewards cannot be redeemed on repair services, Pandora, Special Orders, Layaways, online purchases or Gift Card purchases. Cannot be combined with any other printed coupon or certificate, excluding Repair Gift Cards where the discount value is 10% or less. Rewards are applied proportionally to all qualifying items based upon their sell price. Rewards will not be earned on any qualifying merchandise when rewards are also being redeemed on the same receipt.
Returns If an item is returned that rewards were redeemed on, the reward dollars that were previously used will be automatically returned to the Reward Member’s Account. If reward dollars were redeemed on a new item, and the initial qualifying item which earned the rewards is returned, the reward dollars will be deducted from the return amount and will not be returned to the Reward Member’s Account.
Exchanges If reward dollars were redeemed on a new item, and the initial qualifying item which earned the rewards is exchanged for a new item with a lower price, the reward dollars will be deducted from the return amount and will not be returned to the Reward Member’s Account.
Sharing Rewards Rewards can be earned or redeemed by either individual on a shared ledger.
Transferring Rewards Rewards cannot be transferred to another TSFJ customer’s account and can only be redeemed by the person listed on the account as noted in TSFJ’s POS System.
Web Orders Rewards are earned on all Web Order purchases.
TSFJ Rewards / Pandora Collector’s Club Pandora customers now earn 20% on Pandora purchases! Individuals with partially filled Pandora punch cards can turn them in for rewards to be added on their account. Rewards will be added within one week.
