Since we design and manufacture our jewelry to provide you with decades of satisfaction, all of our jewelry is guaranteed for life.* Everything** associated with the item, resulting from normal wear, is covered by the guarantee. From the day you make your purchase, through all the years that follow, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry. The Worry-Free Guarantee is our promise that we will do our best to ensure your total satisfaction. Our signatures below demonstrate our commitment to you, our valued guest.
*The Source Fine Jewelers total liability under the Worry-Free Guarantee is the purchase price paid for the merchandise as shown on the sales receipt or in our computer system. Once the total value of all authorized services provided exceeds the original purchase price of the merchandise, all obligations owed under the guarantee will have been satisfied and the coverage will end. Special Buys (Items that are discounted or with a ticket price of $300.00 or less) are covered for one year. All services must be performed by The Source Fine Jewelers or an authorized service partner. Only applies to 10K, 14K, & 18K Gold, Sterling Silver, Platinum and Palladium items.
**Everything from the original item, including all parts/pieces/components/elements must be present in order to give us the opportunity to repair it. Missing parts, theft, and complete loss of the item are not covered under the Worry-Free Guarantee.
